Electro Turbocharge Rope features 3 stainless steel and 2 copper conductors, making it ideal for longer distance fence systems. It comes in green and white for the 200m and 400m version of rope colour with white trace lines allows it to blend seamlessly into its surroundings. It is also available in just white for the 200m x 6mm version.

Visibility is a primary concern when choosing conductive materials for electric fences, as animals must see the fence to recognize it as a barrier. Therefore, colour choice is important; products with low visual impact for humans are also harder for animals to detect.

Rope is a durable alternative to tape, compensating for any loss in visibility with its robustness. Poly ropes conduct electricity through thin metal conductors embedded along their length. The more metal in the fence line, the more efficient it will be.

Steel conductors offer a good balance of conductivity and tensile strength, while copper (usually nickel-plated) excels in conductivity but has lower tensile strength. Ropes combining both materials leverage the strength of steel and the conductivity of copper to minimize overall resistance. Resistance, measured in Ohms, indicates how easily energy flows through the rope; lower Ohm values mean less resistance and more effective power transmission.
