Pipe Liner for MDPE Water Pipe Connections – Prevent Pipe Crushing When Fitting

When installing MDPE water pipe systems, using a pipe liner is essential for creating secure, long-lasting connections. Designed to be inserted into the end of MDPE pipe before fitting a compression or mechanical fitting, a pipe liner helps prevent the pipe from being crushed under compression, ensuring a reliable watertight seal and maintaining the integrity of your water supply system.

Also known as a pipe stiffener or pipe insert, a pipe liner provides additional internal support where fittings are applied. Without a liner, smaller MDPE pipes can deform under pressure from compression fittings, potentially leading to leaks or reduced performance.
