Moisture Resistant MDF

Our moisture resistant MDF offers a reliable, high‑performance solution for interior applications exposed to humidity. Manufactured to MDF.H1 in accordance with EN 622-5, it is engineered specifically for use in areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and other moisture‑prone spaces. This makes it an excellent choice for furniture, window boards, skirting boards and architectural mouldings.

Designed as a durable substitute for softwood and hardwood in non‑stressed applications, moisture resistant MDF provides a smooth, consistent surface ideal for painting, machining and further finishing. Many MR MDF panels like ours, feature green‑coloured fibres for easy identification over standard MDF boards.

With dependable moisture resistance, this material is suited to humid interior environments but is not suitable for external applications.
All sheets are supplied in the standard size 2440mm x 1220mm and are available in 12mm, 18mm and 25mm thicknesses.
