The gate is versatile in installation, allowing it to be hung from either stile. For proper support, it’s best to hang the gate so the bracing works with the weight on the hinges. Fitting recommendations include cranked pin on plate hinges and a ring latch for walls, or a one-way adjustable hinge set for installations between wooden posts. Ensure hinges are at least a third of the gate’s width for optimal stability.

For secure mounting, we recommend using posts with a 100mm x 100mm cross-section. These will provide the right balance of support and functionality for the gate.
