Our Green Economy Gate is a great value option for any garden. Built to last and designed for security, it has a traditional style that fits well with all types of landscaping. You can hang it from either side, making installation straightforward.

The Green Economy gate is made from wooden boards that have been pressure-treated with a copper solution. This treatment helps the wood resist moisture, UV rays, and other environmental damage, meaning the gate will last longer and need less maintenance. Whether you’re using it on its own or as part of a fence, proper installation is key for stability and longevity. The gate is easy to hang with tee hinges and to ensure the gate is secure,  a latch and Brenton bolt combination for added security.

For extra stability, we suggest using both a latch and two Brenton Bolts. This helps stop the gate from twisting when the wood swells and shrinks with changing moisture levels, keeping it reliable over time. We recommend fitting the Brenton Bolts to the top and the bottom of the gate.
