EasyCare Patio Snow Foam is a highly effective, concentrated cleaning solution designed for deep cleaning a wide variety of hard landscaping. Its active foam formula clings to vertical and horizontal surfaces, giving it time to break down dirt and biological soiling. Once applied, it gets to work immediately, lifting away algae, grime, and everyday dirt with minimal effort.
Ideal for use with a pressure washer foam lance or garden sprayer. The thick foam helps users easily identify where the product has been applied, ensuring even coverage and consistent results across the treated area.

Important Information
Do not apply in wet conditions or when rain is expected within 8 hours. Avoid overspray on plants and lawns. Not recommended for sealed, polished or painted surfaces. Always test on a small area first to confirm suitability.
Keep away from children and pets until the area has been thoroughly rinsed and dry. Ideal operating temperature is between 10 and 20 degrees Celsius. Do not apply in direct sunlight, during frost or when temperature is below 5 degrees Celsius. Do not allow to come into direct contact with plants, shrubs, grass or painted surfaces. Rinse any spillage immediately with clean water, although scorching may still occur. Foam can be reduced in hard water areas and in hot weather.
Always test a small, hidden area before general use to ensure treated surface is not affected by foam.

- Shake: Shake container well before each use.
- Dilute: Dilution ratio depends on contamination level. Light contamination is 1 part liquid to 9 parts water. Heavy contamination is 1 part liquid to 4 parts water.
- Apply: Apply liberally to a dry surface using a garden spray or watering can to the point of saturation and scrub with a stiff brush to activate the foam. Alternatively, apply using a power washer with a foam attachment.
- Wait: Leave the product to work for 15 minutes for lightly soiled surfaces, or 30 to 60 minutes for heavily soiled surfaces.
- Rinse: Agitate with a firm bristle brush and rinse down thoroughly with clean water. For best results, a power washer is recommended.
- Repeat if required: To help remove deep penetrating lubricating oil and stains, it may be necessary to apply the product twice, allowing 10 minutes between applications.
