It lifts oils, dirt, algae and everyday grime from porous and non-porous materials without the need for harsh scrubbing or aggressive pressure washing.

Important Information
Do not allow product to dry on surface. Avoid contact with plants, metals, or glass. Always wear gloves during use and test on a small patch first. For best results, apply in dry weather and rinse thoroughly after treatment.

- Shake: Shake well before each use.
- Dilute: Dilution ratio depends on staining level. Can be used neat on heavy contamination, or can be diluted by adding 1 part product with up to 10 parts water, depending on the staining to be removed.
- Apply: Using a spray or brush, apply the Deep Clean liberally and allow to act for 1-2 minutes for lightly soiled surfaces, or 5-10 minutes for heavily soiled surfaces.
- Repeat if required: For removing deep penetrating lubricating oil and stains, it may be necessary to apply the product twice, allowing 10 minutes between applications.
- Rinse: Agitate with a firm bristle brush and rinse down thoroughly with clean water. For best results on drives, patios and block paving, use a pressure washer when rinsing.
- Can be used as a sealer remover: Deep Clean can be used to remove over-applications of water-based sealers such as Easy Seal SSP, Ultimate, Sandstone and Slate & Limestone. This will only remove the surface product and not that which has been absorbed. Using a spray or brush, apply the Deep Clean liberally and allow to act for 15-20 minutes. Scrub vigorously with a firm bristle brush and leave a further 10 minutes. Rinse down thoroughly with clean water. Repeat the application as required.
