M800 Manual Squeeze Cattle Crush

Boasting 84 Acoustic Dampening Points (ADP), the M800 Squeeze stands as the quietest and most feature-packed crush ever produced by IAE.

The Manual Yoke is a result of decades of experience, offering a design that locks instantly wherever it stops. The spring-balanced mechanism requires minimal effort to operate, reducing handler fatigue and significantly boosting efficiency. Unlike traditional yoke designs, the friction lock scissor yoke does not need width pre-setting, catching and holding cattle with neck widths between 100mm and 760mm. This ensures you can confidently handle any cattle in the race.

The bespoke moulded yoke baffles guide cattle safely, reducing leg and head traps. Combined with the unique Acoustic Dampening Points (ADP), it provides a quiet, low-stress environment for both handler and herd. For ultimate flexibility, the yoke can be operated from anywhere along the length of the crush. Though supplied as a right-hand unit, it can be quickly and easily converted to left-hand operation.

The friction break instantly locks the width of the body upon release of the operating lever, regardless of movement direction. Standard TB access doors on both sides of the body and fully baffled yoke doors reduce peripheral vision, making veterinary treatments safer for both handlers and cattle.

Additionally, the sleek squeeze mechanism provides excellent access to the animal’s flanks, with four fully opening quarter doors and a removable quick-release crossbar. The 10mm thick, deep-profile rubber floor offers excellent grip, even in wet conditions, ensuring cattle stability, confidence, and reduced noise.
