Ashwell Lattice Top Panel – a modern, fancy wave fence panel

Our Ashwell Lattice Top Panel, features a wave top finish with a diamond trellis along its top. Manufactured with pressure treated timber, these panels can be a great choice for anyone looking to improve the visual appeal of their property while also creating a functional boundary.

One of the standout features of our Ashwell Lattice Top Panel is its ability to engage with nature. The intricate trellis design invites climbing plants to flourish, transforming your outdoor space into an area of greenery and vibrant blooms. As these plants grow along the trellis, they create a natural barrier, creating privacy while infusing your surroundings with bursts of colour.

The construction process involves firmly fastening grooved slats to timber battens using screws and staples for the trellis. This method ensures structural integrity and durability, allowing the panels to withstand various weather conditions. To achieve a premium finish, each panel undergoes planing, resulting in a smooth edges and ribbed slats.

This is a 1.8m wide European timber panel. If purchasing and installing with 1.83m (6ft) gravel boards, also purchase the 1.8m x 44mm x 14mm Panel Packer to nail or screw on to the sides of the panel. This will allow the panel to fit in between the posts as they will need to sit at 1.83m gaps to fit these particular gravel boards. When setting the posts, it’s important to note that the panel height is measured from its midpoint rather than its sides.

Please note the height to the shoulder of the panel is approximately 195mm shorter than the middle of the panel. See the approximate shoulder heights in the table below:
