Certification is mandatory for its usage in this area.

Manufactured by crushing limestone, granite, basalt, or gritstone, these rocks offer exceptional strength. Crushing the rocks into sizes ranging from 40mm to dust enables greater compaction and enhances load-bearing capacity.

MOT Type 1 provide stability for roads, driveways, paths, and construction projects of all sizes, ensuring long-lasting stability under heavy loads and traffic. With excellent compaction properties, they form a solid, level surface, minimising settlement and providing reliable support for paving materials. Moreover, manually compacting Type 1 into a sub base using a plate compactor creates the best results.

BACKORDER AVAILABILITY: We normally hold around 8 bags of MOT Type 1 readily available. However we can load up more dumpy bags from our loose bulk bays to fulfil any order. When purchasing more than what we have in stock, we will make up any extra bags required as soon as possible.
